Returns

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards and vouchers.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

1. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Our delivery speed depends on the product’s availability and whether any personalization is required.

Note: All delivery timelines are estimates and apply to business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The specific cutoff time for same-day delivery services will be specified on the product page at checkout.

Delivery Details & Security

Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted, secure logistics providers like DHL/FedEx (as per our discussion) to ensure the integrity and speed of your delivery.

Signature Requirement: For the security of your high-value purchase, all packages require an adult signature upon receipt. This confirms safe delivery and transfers responsibility to you.

Shipping Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for its full value while in transit.

Packaging: Your piece arrives in our premium, discreet outer packaging to protect the contents, with the fine jewelry presented in our signature gift box.F

Order Processing and Tracking

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Tracking: Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a secondary email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey.

Split Shipments: If your order contains both in-stock and personalized items, we typically wait until the entire order is ready to ship together. If you require partial shipment, please contact our Customer Care team.
