Under his astute guidance, the brand is renowned as one of the leading jewellery retailer in the region, keeping the nationals and residents at the heart of its decision making.   His active role as a board member in the Dubai Jewellery Group, places him at the forefront in developing Dubai as a destination for jewellery production, export and tourism.

The Chairman of Brilliant Diamond Group, Paresh’s started his career in Mumbai at the age of seventeen. He came from a very humble background and through hardwork, patience and reliability started his own business by the time he graduated from university. Always on the lookout for new opportunities, he expanded his manufacturing capability by setting up a diamond cutting and polishing factory in Trichur, Kerala, India.   His desire to forward integrate eventually led him to Dubai where in a matter of 20  years he had expanded his business multi-fold in every area of the diamond industry. As CEO of Brilliant Diamond Group, Nishith’s vital role comprises of two key responsibilities - the first being output of the fine jewellery manufacturing units in Dubai and Mumbai, and the second being the global retail brand management of La Marquise Fine Jewellery and Liali Fine Jewellers.   With a strong jewellery legacy and education, he has gained a first-hand view into the inner workings of the industry. His formative years were spent gaining reputed business management degrees at American University in Sharjah and diamond and gemstone degrees at Gemological Institute of America.   Through this strong educational and technical background, he brings to the table a fusion between traditional and modern approaches, which ensures long-term growth, sustainability and stability for the brand.

Recently, he was felicitated by industry peers as Young MD of the Year at the Retail Jeweller World Award Ceremony.
